How it works
You do not buy the lights. We do.
Most Christmas lighting is sold as a product you own and then have to look after. You lease the display instead. Everything that makes it a chore stays on our side of the line.

Price is set on site. It comes down to your rooflines, your peaks and how hard the house is to reach, and anyone quoting that over the phone is guessing. A 50% deposit holds your slot, and half of that deposit stays refundable right up until we cut the lights for your house. The balance is due the day we install.

We photograph your home at the consultation and build the display on top of that photo. Rooflines, peaks, trees, bushes, walkway, color. We add it, you look, we move it. Nothing is bought or hung until you have seen your own house lit and said yes.

Design. Install. Maintain. Store.
Design
We walk the property, photograph your house and build the display right on that photo. Rooflines, peaks, trees, bushes, walkways. Consultation, rendering and written quote are free.
Install
Commercial-grade C9 bulbs, cut to your rooflines, hung by our insured crews. Clips, not staples.
Maintain
Dead bulb in December? We come back out. In-season maintenance is part of the lease, not an add-on.
Store
Takedown runs January into February. Everything comes down labeled and goes into our facility, not your garage.

We are on Jacksonville rooflines year-round
Sergeant Seamless is a gutter company: twenty-plus years of seamless gutter installation, cleaning and repair across Northeast Florida. Christmas lighting is a season. We are not.
Seasonal light hangers appear in October and are gone by spring, which matters at the moment you need them: a dead strand the week before Christmas, or takedown in January. Our crews are on roofs across Duval and St. Johns every week of the year.

We know the pitch, where the gutter line runs and which elevations need a ladder set carefully, which is most of what a lighting design depends on. Or call 904-384-3423Installations begin in the last two weeks of October and run through the season. Slots are limited by daylight and crew days. Every house takes a crew off the schedule for a set number of hours, and once the calendar fills the only dates left are the ones nobody wanted.
