What To Expect
We at Sergeant Seamless Gutters look forward to serving you on your upcoming project.
Please review the following details to help ensure your installation goes as seamless as possible (we can’t resist the gutter puns).
Project Preparation
- Trim back foliage: Please make sure all hedges, shrubs, vines, and tree limbs are trimmed away from the roofline, soffit, or fascia where we’ll be working. We need adequate space for ladder placement and access to the agreed-upon areas.
- If trimming hasn’t been completed before our arrival, our crew may need to reschedule or trim as needed, which could result in an additional charge.
- Move vehicles: Please move any vehicles away from the work area so our team can safely maneuver ladders and materials.
- Pet and yard preparation: Ensure the yard is free of pet waste and keep all pets indoors during installation for their safety and ours.
- Sprinklers: Please turn off landscaping sprinklers during business hours on the day of your installation.
- Decorative items: Remove any hanging or freestanding decorations (such as wind chimes, flags, or lawn ornaments) near the work area.
Housekeeping Items
- No pesticide treatments: Avoid scheduling exterior pesticide or chemical spray services while our team is on-site.
- Power access: Please let us know if your property does not have a functioning outdoor electrical outlet so we can bring a generator.
Property Access
- Gates: Leave all yard gates unlocked on the day of your installation.
- Community access: If you live in a gated community, please notify security or the management office that Sergeant Seamless Gutters will be on-site.
- Gate codes: Be sure to provide any necessary access codes ahead of time so we can enter the property promptly.
